Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days
- Cost: Free for orders over $50, otherwise Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather delays).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status directly on our website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at i@6i6.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will investigate the issue.
